Construction
A solid construction: reinforced concrete inter-floor slabs, bearings, beams, columns and masonry of lattice bricks. The building meets the statutory requirements of earthquake protection, which are 8th degree by Medvedev-Sponheuer-Karnik scale for the region of Varna.

Built of lattice bricks.
The internal, depending on their purpose, are 12 cm or 25 cm.
The external are 25 cm with thermal insulation, and their internal surfaces have plasterboard lining finished with Italian color latex.
All external edges of the wall masonry are protected by inbuilt metal edge trims.
2. Attics
Residential rooms: living rooms, bedrooms, children’s rooms, kitchens and entrance halls all have plaster coating and Italian color latex.
Sanitary rooms: bathrooms and toilets – hanging ceilings of 9 mm hydrophobic plasterboard.

Terracotta - Italian/Spanish for the living rooms, bedrooms and children’s rooms.
