Scheme Outline
The “Keys to the Sea” holiday building is incorporating luxurious style and incredible view to the sea. The complex is 10 m from the clear warm water of the Black sea with a private beach.
You can choose from 106 exclusive units:
106 one, two and three bedroom units
completely finished
First line – the sea can be seen from most apartments
Approximately 5 to 15 staff to cover the following positions:
• Building’s manager
• Cleaning staff
• Gardeners
• Security staff
• Handyman
Service charges – estimated at 6,50 EUR/sq.m (without VAT) per annum In the tax is included:
• 24/7 reception
• 24/7 security
• Maintenance of the Interior/Exterior:
- elevators;
- garden maintenance
- light and heat/cold of the stairs and corridors
- Reserve fond of the building
The services are to be run by a property management company chosen by “GM capital”.Other than the standard services noted above, the Property management company will be able to offer and additional services as for example paying the unit’s electricity and water, if the owner desires such a service.

Payment procedure
We offer very comfortable and easy for the client payment procedure:
1st installment - 50 % signing the Preliminary contract
2nd installment – 50 % at transferring the Title deed
